Tokyo, July 18, 2012 — Fujitsu today announced that its new smartphone, docomo NEXT series ARROWS X F-10D, will be available in Japan from NTT DOCOMO, Inc. beginning July 20, 2012.
As Fujitsu's flagship model, ARROWS X F-10D features a 1.5GHz NVIDIA® Tegra® 3 quad-core CPU, NTT DOCOMO's ultra high-speed Xi communications service, a switch-enabled smart fingerprint sensor, the latest version of Fujitsu's Human Centric Engine, a 13.1 megapixel camera, and an 1,800mAh large-capacity battery, making it perfect for customers who desire high-spec capabilities and those who enjoy internet functions and gaming.
Smartphones continue to make rapid gains in popularity as customer needs become more diverse. Fujitsu believes that there is a large need for high-end models, and therefore, developed ARROWS X F-10D as a smartphone with sufficient power and speed to satisfy that need.

While being held, the display will be prevented from turning off, and even if the user is lying down while using the phone and unintentionally tilts it, the screen orientation can be returned to its original state by simply shaking the handset two or more times.
